  • 2018: The TCC  is part of the BRC4Env, Biological Resource Centres for the Environment. It aims at storing and providing environmental resources (biological material and associated data), in a secure way and an optimal traceability. BRC4Env is one of the pilar of the French national infrastructure "Agricultural Resources for Research" (AgroBRC-RARe).   • March 2015 : new cultures of diatoms from Italian and French Alps
  • January 2014 : new sequences of soil diatoms and diatoms from Swedish rivers ; about 50 new cultures have been isolated and sequenced
  • Early 2013 : new diatoms were isolated from alpine rivers
  • Summer 2012 : new cultures of picocyanobacteria added to the TCC
  • June 2012 : project on phylogeny and ecology of diatoms
  • January 2012 : 3 cultures of Zygnematophyceae and 2 cultures of Ulvophyceae added to the TCC (from glaciers around Mont-Blanc, France).
  • November 2011 : 22 cultures of picocyanobacteria added to the TCC (from the Annecy and Bourget lakes).
  • Summer 2011 : 300 diatoms cultures sequenced.
  • December 2010 : 28 diatom cultures added to the TCC (from Lake Geneva).
